Getting started
Most users should find that the interactive, browser-based application meets their needs. No installation is required, and results can be readily exported and downloaded as both CSV and Parquet files for any further analysis.
Explore in the app
- Open app.suspension-explorer.com.
- Open one of the reusable geometries from the Library.
- Inspect its suspension configuration and design-condition hardpoints.
- Open a Simulation Profile, then solve it against the geometry.
- Inspect the 3D motion and calculated metrics in the run results.
Projects and reusable Library items make it possible to compare geometries and Simulation Profiles without rewriting the underlying definitions.
Next steps
- Read Supported models before authoring a new architecture.
- Check the Coordinate system before entering hardpoints.
Python package / CLI usage
For users who prefer command-line tools or who have advanced analysis needs, the core package provides a CLI. Follow the instructions in Getting started (CLI) to set up and use the CLI.
